Each purchase will help Project Angel Heart prepare and deliver nutritious, medically-tailored meals to neighbors living with cancer, kidney failure, HIV/AIDS, lung disease, MS and other life-threatening illnesses. Each week, more than 1,100 men, women and children receive meals that are not only tasty, but designed to meet their nutritional needs... a true life-saver for those who need nourishment, but are too ill to shop or prepare meals for themselves.
